Seoul has published Changes to Life in Seoul: Second Half of 2026, an e-book covering 60 initiatives that may affect residents during the rest of the year. The city groups the information into regulatory reform, daily life, new facilities, and events and festivals.
The daily-life section includes 32 initiatives, while the guide also introduces 17 new facilities and six major events. Examples range from support for vulnerable single-person households to new mobility, leisure, sports, and environmental facilities.
Because many city programs have district, age, income, or registration requirements, residents should use the guide as a starting point and then open the individual program notice. The official e-book is available through Seoul's main site and public-information portals.
