By accessing or using korea4home.com, you agree to these terms and policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of majority, use features involving contracts, payments, jobs, or housing only with the permission and supervision required by law.

Korea4Home helps people discover and share jobs, housing, local places, services, events, marketplace posts, practical information, and community discussions. We may research, organize, translate, summarize, moderate, or verify submitted information before or after publication.

Unless a page expressly says otherwise, we provide the platform and are not the employer, landlord, seller, buyer, broker, professional adviser, event organizer, or contracting party in a transaction between users or third parties.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may ask for reasonable verification when an account, listing, business, or property claim affects trust or safety.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, translate, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and promote that content only as reasonably needed to operate, improve, and explain the service. This license ends when content is deleted, except for cached copies, legal retention, moderation evidence, and content shared by others where continued display is lawful.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content, including photos, business information, personal information, and third-party materials.

Operator review, labels, badges, summaries, translations, or verification steps are designed to improve usefulness, but they are not guarantees, certifications, or endorsements. Information can become outdated or contain errors.

Check identities, licenses, ownership, availability, prices, job conditions, housing terms, safety information, and event details directly with the relevant party before acting.

A link, listing, message, or introduction may lead to an independent third party with separate terms and privacy practices. Your communications, negotiations, contracts, payments, delivery, employment, tenancy, attendance, and disputes with that party are between you and that party unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Use appropriate caution, meet safely, keep records, and obtain professional advice for important legal, visa, employment, housing, financial, medical, or safety decisions.

If a feature has a price, subscription, commission, promotion fee, or payment schedule, the checkout page or a separate written agreement will show the applicable amount and specific conditions before purchase. Taxes and payment-provider terms may also apply.

Cancellation, withdrawal, refund, and delivery rights follow the displayed purchase terms and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Korea4Home, its visual identity, software, page designs, databases, editorial materials, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the service for its intended personal or business purpose, but may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected parts of the service without permission or a legal right to do so.

We may investigate, edit, limit visibility, reject, remove, preserve, or report content, and may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, maintain service integrity, comply with law, or respond to urgent risk.

You may stop using the service at any time. Account closure does not cancel obligations or liabilities that arose before closure, and provisions that logically need to survive will remain effective.

We may add, change, pause, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. We will use reasonable care but cannot promise that every listing, translation, search result, message, or third-party service will always be accurate, available, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Each party remains responsible for loss caused by its own unlawful conduct, breach, or negligence as determined under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, user or third-party conduct, independent transactions, or information that you could reasonably have verified before relying on it.

These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without removing mandatory protections available to a consumer. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. If it cannot be resolved, jurisdiction will be determined by the competent courts under applicable Korean procedural law.

This English version is written for accessibility to an international audience. Where Korean-language terms or a feature-specific agreement are legally required, those materials will be provided, and mandatory Korean law will prevail over an inconsistent clause.

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. We will post the effective date and give additional notice of material changes when required. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means the updated terms apply, except where separate consent is legally required.
