AI Government24 is scheduled for an official launch in December 2026. The service is intended to help people navigate the national Government24 portal by asking questions in ordinary language instead of knowing the exact name of an administrative form or benefit.
The system will analyze a user's intent and match it against roughly 20,000 public services and benefits. The government has also announced accessibility features for digitally disadvantaged users and support intended to make the service easier for foreign nationals.
Until the launch is complete, residents should continue using the existing Government24, HiKorea, immigration 1345, and local-government channels. AI guidance should be treated as a route to the official application page, not as a substitute for the eligibility rules on that page.
