Want to learn but I'm bad at learning myself

As my title has stated, I want to learn Korean and every time I try learning my mind is just blank and I forget some important stuff. I watch Korean dramas a lot and I can only pick up some basic phrases. I can read Korean a little but it is sad that i don't understand it. I'm fluent in English if anybody wants to help me with Korean. I'll be glad to help. 0_<
