wanna make for foreign frds

Hi, I'm Byung-Ki, Kim, male, lives in koyang in Kyung-ki province.
I want to make some English-based foreign frds to exchange language.
we can contact each other by e-mail. hopefully if we live in short distance,
meeting each oter would be a great opportunity to make frds and improve your language you wanna learn.
because you maybe not familliar with name of location in Kyung-ki province, I will describe my place.
Koyang city is really close to the northwest Seoul, taking 20 minutes by a bus or train, line 3 which connets Seoul to
Koyang city. the nearst Stn. are Sang-song, ji-chuk, gopabal Stn.
