I just started training again after six years of letting my body go to shit. I am looking for a friend in Seoul (Near Guro) to come and work out with me. The fitness club I go to charges 480,000 won (up front) for the whole year ($34 USD per month).
I usually work out every other day including weekends. I rotate between Aerobics, and muscle building. Both men and women are okay.
