looking for little buddies for my sweetheart.

I and my sweetheart, duaghter, in normal life, eager to exchange culture and
language with people from abroad. especially little buddies.
My daughter is 4 and a half and speaks in english a little bit.
I wish I would get in touch with the wives who have children in her age possibly.
Maybe It doesn't look like it's easy on here. I guess this site is more like for
youngsters.
but I also welcome any idea like introducing the kind of people i'm searching.
Once someone gets to be friends with me....the one will never regret to meet me
and my daughter ^^.
we can do lots of things together in seoul.
