Can both Korean and international participants apply?
Yes. Culture Day is open to Korean and international participants. Everyone completes the same simple promotion mission and submits their own application.
What is the promotion mission?
Share a public post about Korea4Home with at least 1 photo and 5 or more lines of text. Add the public post link to your application so our team can review it. You can add more than one link.
How many tickets can I receive?
The standard offer is 1 ticket per person. Each person must complete the mission and receive approval for their own application.
Which seats are included?
For JUMP, Culture Day tickets are for R or V seats. Seat categories for other performances will be listed with their performance details.
How do I collect my ticket at the venue?
Tell the box office that you booked through Korea4Home and give the full name on your application. Bring your physical ID so the staff can check your name. You can also show your ticket confirmation email. Keep both your ID and confirmation email ready.
Can I go with a friend?
Yes. Ask your friend to complete the mission and submit their own application. Choose the same performance, date and time if available. Both of you need your own approval before attending.
Can I apply for another performance after seeing one?
Yes. To apply for a different performance, complete a new promotion mission and submit a different public post link. Each application needs its own review and approval.
When is my ticket confirmed?
Verify your email once with the 6-digit code and submit your application. No account is required. Creating a free account and receiving event emails are offered together as an optional choice. Our team will review your promotion post. Your ticket is confirmed when you receive the approval email. Submitting an application alone does not reserve a ticket.
What should I do if I cannot attend?
Please email info@korea4home.com before the performance. Include your full name, performance, and session date and time so we can inform the performance team.
