Job Description
To revise and improve English documents & program messages with the objective of creating high quality global documentation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
To review and revise professional English documents for our overseas clients. This includes product manuals, product & UI messages, reports, white papers, marketing papers, and any other English business documents.
To achieve individual goals assigned by the team leader.
To undertake training for our products and services in order to have a good understand of our products and technical issues when available.
To carry out research to gather product information and technical knowledge
To carry out any other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Possess strong editing, writing, communication skills.
Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Analyze and comprehend complex documents and demonstrate a mastery of the English language including grammar, punctuation and usage.
Must be able to perform advanced internet searches and understand highly technical information.
Possess clear verbal English communication skills, and be proactive about asking questions and making suggestions.
Be able to work well independently and as a team.
Adhere to deadlines.
Requirements:
Must be a native English speaker in order to apply.
Advanced Korean language skills (reading, speaking, and writing) highly preferred.
Must possess an F2, F4, F5, or F6 visa.
Must possess a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar industry.
Computer literacy; ability to work with software packages; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and other Office products.
