MVP Plastic Surgery is looking for an online communication consultant, specializing in Plastic Surgery. The ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible for 1 year+ position, within an outstanding Plastic Surgery Center located in the Apgujeong, Seoul.

The online communication consultant will be self-motivated, confident and driven to succeed with a competitive nature. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build rapport and develop long-term, prosperous business relationships with surgeons, nurses, technicians and other professional medical staff.

[Responsibilities]
1. Be Responsible for answering inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
2. Be Responsible for resolving problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
3. Be Responsible for fulfilling requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
4. Be Responsible for maintaining call center CRM database by entering information.
5. Be Responsible for keeping equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
6. Be Responsible for updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
7. Be Responsible for enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
8. Be Responsible for following complete checklist for all consultations.
9. Be Responsible for learning and maintaining ways to show presentations and before and after pictures for consultations, trade shows and seminars.
10. Be Responsible for outbound calling, presence at seminars, and presence at selected trade shows to gather new leads, nurture existing relationships and represent the Image.
11. Be Responsible for creating a concierge experience and nurturing patient relationships and making them feel comfortable at all times.
12. Be Responsible for selling facial cosmetic procedures by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities and features.
13. Be Responsible for developing and qualifying patients; closing sales; maintaining relationships with all leads and contacts made.
14. Be Responsible for understanding all facial cosmetic procedures.
15. Be Responsible for developing patients by maintaining rapport; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending new sales offers and product/procedure offerings.
16. Be Responsible for qualifying patients by understanding clients' areas of concern and desires for improvement; building rapport.
17. Be Responsible for closing sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales paperwork; explaining and offering financing; collects payment; maintains relationship with client previous to and following procedures booked.
18. Be Responsible for providing sales management information by completing reports.
19. Be Responsible for updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
20. Be Responsible for updating and maintaining medical contents.
[Qualification]
- Excellent verbal & written communication in English and some Korean
- In-depth knowledge on SEM/SEO SEM/SEO
- SNS Ads operating experience SNS Ads
- Good understanding of social media, digital technologies and e-commerce environment.
- Effective skills on MS Office
- Candidates must have full work permit registration to prove right to work in the KR.
[Condition of Employment]
- ANNUAL: NEGOTIABLE
- BUSINESS HOURS: Mon to Fri 09:30 - 19:00, and Sat till 17:00
(40 Hours per week/ weekly off applies based on the schedule)
