*Kyonggi University is seeking experienced, committed and qualified instructors to teach College English from March 1, 2015
[QUALIFICATIONS]
– Native English Speakers
– Master‘s Degree + two years of full time college / university teaching experience
or Bachelor’s Degree + four years of full time college/ university teaching experience
– Degree in Education, English or TESOL, TEFL certificated preferred.
– Degree in Financial accounting, Economics,
Tourism, Biology, Traffic engineering preferred.
– Applicants must be eligible for appointment according to Private
University Faculty Appointment Regulations.
*Part-time teaching and lifelong education classes will not be considered.
[EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS & BENEFITS]
– Position : Assistant professor(E-1)
– A two-year contract with possible extension upon evaluation
– Duty Hours : Teach 12 or 15 hours of credit courses per week
during academic semester
– Work place: Basically Suwon Campus. Seoul Campus for some.
– 8 weeks paid Vacation a year (4weeks summer vacation, 4 weeks
winter vacation)
– Twelve-month-based salary
– Starting annual salary(Housing, etc. all included)
a) M.A holder : 32.4 million won b) B.A holder : 31.2 million won
– Subsidized Korea Teachers Pension and medical insurance
