Job Title: Network Administrator
Department: IT
Reporting To: Project Manager
Location: Incheon
Site Lead Responsibilities:
* Act as first point of contact for the Datacentre network & Security management at Korea Site.
* Should be able to trouble shoot and Solve Network & Security related issues.
* Good exposure to Cisco products.
* Design and implementation of Datacentre Network products
* Available 24/7/365 excluding pre-approved exceptions
* Provide weekly updates for all the both Wipro and STATS management
* Collaborates with monitoring teams in the analysis & evaluation of current monitoring systems
* Drive CSAT, maintain SLAs and provide support in managing the network infra-structure
Essential technical requirements:
* Extensive experience with hands in Datacentre Network Management
* Good experience on Cisco/Huawei/HP network products.
* Excellent knowledge on IP internetworking, LAN Switching, IP Routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), VPC, HSRP, VSS
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6-7 years’ of technical expertise on Cisco Network products preferably. Expertise in the following areas is must:
* Excellent active listening skills
* Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Experience and knowledge of incident, change , problem management principles, methodologies and tools
