Background
Tridge is a global trading company based in Seoul, South Korea. Tridge is planning to strengthen its sourcing capabilities by acquiring agents which we call ‘Finders’ from strategic sourcing locations in Southeast Asia, South America and Europe.
To achieve our goals, we are in need of a Marketing Associate who can help us kickstart the acquisition process of Finders and assist in the sourcing of products. We are looking for young, passionate and proactive people who are results-oriented and confident in driving the Tridge sourcing operations in Thailand to success.
Note: This is a remote part-time or full-time job, so the applicant does not need to be in South Korea.
Responsibilities
Acquisition
Work with the Acquisition Team based in South Korea to align marketing initiatives to be undertaken for the Thai market
Help with the developing and planning of marketing strategies for effective acquisition of Finders in Thailand
Assist in the implementation and execution of acquisition campaigns
Monitor the results of the campaigns, compile and analyze results and determine possible points of improvement
Manage Finders before and after they were acquired (e.g. responding to inquiries via emails or phone calls)
Sourcing
Assist in finding suppliers of products that Tridge can potentially import from Thailand
Follow up and coordinate with Finders who are engaged in sourcing activities for Tridge
Personally meeting suppliers for quality checks and credibility verification
Others
Translation of the Tridge website and campaign materials into Thai
Qualifications
Required
Native Thai
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
Able to communicate fluently in English
Preferred
Major in Business Administration, Marketing or related degrees
Experience in marketing, headhunting or customer acquisition in food industry
Strong business skills with analytical skills to match
Excellent time management skills with ability to set and maintain priorities
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated high energy and strong work ethic
