About us:
Paedeaplus is an academy that goes against the grain of current English education in Korea. Position details:
Type: One year Full-time contract *renewable upon completion
Student level: Elementary
Hours: 1pm - 9pm, Mon-Fri, 6 hours of teaching per day
Location: Branches in Gangnam Area
No. of positions: 3
Start Dates: End of November, early & mid January
*Start dates may be subject to change
**3~5 days of paid training prior to start date

Full-Time Employment
- Monday - Friday 1:00 pm ~ 9:00 pm (Normal Business Hours)
- Monday - Friday 10:00 am ~ 7:00 pm (Summer and Winter Intensives)
- Staff includes one to two other mentors, one branch manager, and a librarian
- Entire curriculum provided by our R&D team
- We offer paid-training for all our new mentors
- We hold quarterly workshops and re-training sessions to help improve teaching / classroom management skills

Salary, Benefits, and Incentives
- 2.4 ~ 2.7 million KRW (determined after interview process)
- Severance bonus upon completion of contract
- Paid training prior to start date
- Incentive Programs (Mentor Referral, Performance Incentives) *ranging from 250,000~500,000 KRW.

- 15 days paid vacation (5~7 days are pre-determined depending on academic calendar)
- All national holidays are off and paid for

- Opportunities for promotion: R&D Staff, Branch Manager, Teacher Manager, etc.

Requirements for candidacy
Education: Four year Bachelor’s degree
Experience: None necessary
Preferential Qualifications:
- Teaching experience at other Academies in Korea
- Graduate’s Degree in relative field
- Overseas study and/or experience in a country with English as a first language.
