Responsibilities / Requirements *Main role will be to develop better culture for teachers. *Managing 30+ teachers at 8 different branches (all in Gangnam). *Observing classes and conducting workshops for teachers *Developing a stronger teacher culture *Possess strong management skills *Possess excellent judgment in communications *Possess strong teamwork and teambuilding skills *Leadership skills is a must.
