(1) Global HR position (HRM)
- Roles & Responsibility:
Management of human resources in overseas subsidaries
Seting up, implementing and adjusting corporate HR system into overseas subsidaries
Support overseas HR staffs to settle into corporate HR system
Report to Korean manager about HR issues in overseas subsidaries
- Qualifications/Skills:
Minimum 2 years experience in related field
Fluent in English
Able to communicate in Korean
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Management, Liberal Art, Language and other related fields is preferred
Qualified to work in Korea
Qualified to travel to overseas countries
(2) Global HR Education (HRD)
- Roles & Responsibility:
Set-up and adjusting corporate HR Education plan for overseas subsidaries
Support overseas HR staff with implementing corporate HR Education scheme
Report to Korean manager about HR Education issues in overseas subsidaries
Arrange and manage lecturers for HR Education of overseas subsidaries
Mainly in charge of HR Education in China and Southeast Asia subsidaries
- Qualifications/Skills:
Minimum 2 years experience in Education or other related field
Fluent in English
Fluent in Chinese is preferred
Able to communicate in Korean
Excellent Communcation skills
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is preferred
Qualified to work in Korea
Qualified to travel to overseas countries
