Full Time ESL Teachers Needed for Mid-April!

We are a Christian language academy that began in 1969. We teach adults and children in 20 branches throughout Korea, many of them in and around the Seoul area. We focus on conversational English using various provided textbooks and lesson materials written by our Curriculum and Contents Research and Development department.
We operate on a two-month term schedule, with 6 terms in a year, with vacation days at the end of each term. Our English teachers teach between 6-7 hours a day, Monday to Thursday, with only one Friday required per month (only a few branches operate Monday to Friday).
The base pay for English teachers is 2.1 million won per month before taxes. A teacher with at least one year of full time teaching experience in their home country or with a master’s degree is eligible to receive more.
We provide housing with basic furnishing, health insurance (KNHI), and airfare assistance after finishing a 12-month contract. A teacher hired from outside of Korea will be eligible to receive airfare reimbursement (of an approved amount) after working at least six months (teachers hired in Korea are ineligible for this). After working for 12 consecutive months, teachers are eligible to receive severance pay (one month’s stipend for one year’s service).
Qualifications:
- Have citizenship in one of the following countries: USA / Australia / Canada / United Kingdom / Ireland / New Zealand / South Africa
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from one of the aforementioned countries
- Be 21 – 35 years old (ages 36+ will receive special consideration based on experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
