Our Mentors go above and beyond the roles and responsibilities of a standard academy teacher. With genuine compassion, our Mentors spend more time with our students inside and outside of class. Our Mentors are those who are seeking for a different method to educate our students. We genuinely enjoy reading books in high volume. Working Conditions at paedeaplus - Monday - Friday 1:00 pm ~ 9:00 pm (Normal Business Hours) - Monday - Friday 10:00 am ~ 7:00 pm (Summer & Winter Intensives) - Staff includes two other mentors, one branch manager, and a librarian - Entire curriculum provided by our R&D team - We offer a paid-training for all our mentors - We hold monthly workshops and retraining sessions to help improve teaching / classroom management Required Documents - We accept F-2, F-4, and F-6 visa applicants. - An Alien Registration Card is required at the time of employment. - We also accept Korean citizens who are fluent in spoken and written English. - Apostilled Diploma (For those who graduated outside of Korea) - Apostilled Criminal Background Check (for F-visa holders) www.paedeaplus.com
