However, with the recession slowing down the interior construction industry, Ive been having more clients who want to just buy furniture or have custom made furniture for their homes at a DISCOUNTED RATE that only a contractor can get. I typically purchase furniture at 10-15% off the sticker price, depending on the total order and under normal circumstances, this would be the margin I receive as a contractor. However, being that the economy is so slow, I decided to forgo the margin and instead receive a small commission from the furnture retailer for each furniture sold.

Once you have the furniture you like chosen, please contact me and Ill broker the price for you, that is the only way to receive the RATE we contractors receive~
Ive been providing this type of service to many locals, but I decided to post this up on this site because Ive seen many FOR SALE listings here for cheap, used furniture, but never for any well-made furniture.
These furnitures are not "cheap", but for many people who plan on going back home abroad, you will never find furniture of this quality at this price back home, mostly because countries like the U.S. do not sell replicas unless they are so poorly made they dont resemble the originals.
