Description
Hi,
We have an extra room to rent. Our apartment has 4 bedrooms.
The apartment is mimimalistic style and is very open, spacious, modern, clean and looks classy. Upon moving in you
need to pay 450 for one mont rent and 150 for utilities/damage deposit. Every month it is 450 a month for rent and
150 for utilities so in other words its 600 000 total per month. Just pay on a month to month basis, no key expected.
Short term rentals are fine too. We are easygoing and considerate roomates.
