I have to leave Korea quite unexpectedly the end of June, so I'm searching for
somebody to rent my place ASAP! The apartment consists of one big room with a
small kitchen and a separated bathroom. Perfect for one person or a couple.
It's 5 minutes away from the subway station, and there are several parks and a
small river nearby.
The key-money is 5 million and the monthly rent is 430,000 Won.
I'm also selling the following furniture (used but in good condition and working
perfectly) and accessories, everything for around 400.000 Won:
- washing machine
- 2 small tables, 3 drawers of different size, a shoe-shelf, a chair, a scale
- big fridge
- gas range
- full tableware, frying pan, kettle, water boiler, rice-cooker, toaster, iron,
- double mattress, pillow and blanket (barely used)
