Hello all, i'm looking to move into a a new apartment by June (at the earliest) and August (at the latest).
Must be:
1) non-basement (the reason i'm leaving my old place is due to lack of sunlight and mold!!)
2) clean
preferred:
1) roof-top
2) nice kitchen (i like to cook)
3) close to Seoul Natl Univ, Hongdae or West on the green line
4) monthly rent 400,000-600,000 won
5) deposit 1 to 5 million won
6) 6 months - 1 year contract

am very flexible (as you see) and just want to get out of my molding, three bedroom apartment in (scary) Itaewon
ASAP! My realtor said she would work with me on getting back my whole 10 million deposit rather than trying to fix
up the dump.
