Looking for housemate (Itaewon, Yongsan)

<p>Hi~<br>I am 30 y/o salary man. <br>I am looking for housemate. I just got moved
here Itaewon. It take 8minute from Itaewon subway station on foot.<br>The reason
I chose this house was sunshining though the window. Especially this room in the
picture is getting a long time sunshining. So I am planning to get some
certain.<br>I am still repairing many thing because at first there were many
things to fix. For example, I painted the room door with ivory colour by
myself.<br>And still preparing furniture. The desk and the bed was got in the
room yesterday. Now I am looking around to find what kind of fridge and light(in
living room) would be in harmony with my house.<br>I think maybe you can give me
some advice.<br>Why don't you come and see directly? (Mon-Sat : 7:00 PM~, Sun :
