If you are looking for a reasonably priced lease to take over. I live a short walk from (centrally and conveniently
located) Gangnam Station (Green line #2). It is a 5-6 minute walk to the subway station and a 3-4 minute walk to the
bus station (Gangnam Bus Station).

RENT: The key money (year deposit) is 5 million Won. The rent would be 525k-550k plus utilities. (Utilities have been
less than 40k for the month)
LEASE INFO: I have a lease on the place until October 28th 2010.
ROOMMATE INCLUDED: I have a clean roommate (English speaker) with a fridge and washing machine and some small
furniture and most dishes and cleaning supplies.
ROOMS INFO: This is a two bedroom apt with medium sized kitchen/common room, bathroom is fairly large for what it
is used for, a balcony room with washer, gas range, fridge, etc. The bedrooms are of extremely reasonable size.
(Rooms currently comfortably fit queen beds, wardrobe, couch, desk, and 1-2 small dressers each!)
-- Bed Room size: 3.9 X 3.6meters. Kitchen size: 3.0 X 2.8meters.
