Both softwares are made by famous dictionary companies in Korea, which are no difference from electronic dictionaries you get for over 150,000 won.
Note:
Price is 10,000 I can meet with you at a subway station and install it for you.
(PSP dictionary requires a 200mb space on the PSP memory stick)
(DS dictonary requires a flashcard such as R4,M3 which lets you play games for free. If you do not have a DS flashcard, I can provide an R4 card with the dictionary for 40,000 won)
