I am just in the process of finishing my teaching contract up in Korea and I'm looking for someone to rent my
apartment after me.
The apartment is spacious, and has a great storage area, bathroom and kitchen.
You can walk into Hongdae in less then 10 mins, but if you want to relax this area is really chilled out and less than a
10 min walk from Hangang.
The rent is 500,000won per month. The deposit is pretty small for a Korean apartment, just 3,000,000won.
I'm looking to rent from the middle of June, possibly earlier.
