Here are the details.
-It is located in Haebangchon, across from Buy the way, BEFORE THE BIG HILL, which is in Yongsan-gu and it is a 15 minute walk from Itaewon and a 10 minute walk to the closest subway station (Noksapyeong Station)
-It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room/kitchen area. The apartment comes fully furnished with 2 beds (one large, one small), a wardrobe, desk, washing machine, air conditioner, oven, refrigerator, kitched table, 2 couches,and a few other small tables. The bathroom also has a bathtub which is very rare in Korea. A lot of apartments don't come furnished it was great to move in with everything here. It also has a small storage area.
-All apartments in Korea require key money (which is a deposit that is paid and returned to you after). The key money for this apartment is 3,000,000 korean won. (my last apartment was 5,000,000 so I think this is a good price)
-rent is 630,000 won a month. This includes some of the bills, including water. All you pay for is gas and electricity. It should be under 100,000 except for in the winter when the heat is on then it is more expensive.
- When you look for an apartment in seoul and you go through a real estate agent you have to pay for their services (around 2-300,000 won) but if you take it from me then you don't have to pay that.
