Position Description :
Ivy Mobility is looking to hire a position of Project Manager with expert knowledge of project management and technical specialty who could handle large account with simple to complex business processes with/ without pressure.
The key deliverables are:
Manage highly complex assignments that involves high degree of risk and that impacts the performance of the account/business unit.
Ensure profitability of specific project in the country.
Single point of contact for the client
Managing deliveries to ensure excellent client experience.
Scope Management – Manage scope and ensure any changes to scope are captured and converted to billable CR’s as appropriate.
Partnering with the client to help them fully leverage Ivy’s product for driving maximum business value.
Ensure industry and Ivy best practices are implemented in the account(s).
Enabling partnerships to integrate solutions with other Ivy products, third party solutions, or third party service providers.
Preferred native Korean with bilingual speaking skills
Strategic thinker and problem solver with the ‘fire-in-the belly’ to find solutions to complex problems. Strong initiative and follow-thru
Experience and ability to manage complex projects executed across multiple shores and multiple technologies.
Experience working with team across various locations.
Ability to collaborate internally, with third party partners, and customers to deliver the desired solutions to our clients.
Ability to understand the client’s needs and translate those into actionable items.
Business acumen and understanding CPG/ FMCG industries in Korea.
Good communication skills. Able to engage with all client management
Knowledge of the industry project management best practices, i.e., Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
